To the Prosecutor of the Court of Appeal of Lyon, France

I, the undersigned, Guillaume PICON, French citizen born on January 21, 1979, hereby declare on my honor the following facts, and consequently wish to file a criminal complaint by this declaration.

I expressly request the international criminal and judicial arrest of:

Miss Stephanie VERDIER, French citizen born in 1979, former classmate of Collège Jean Perrin, 69009 Lyon, France.

due to the great mental dangerousness of this person who is also unproductive, criminal, irresponsible, wicked, cruel, selfish, singularly lacking in empathy and understanding of the human person, in order to judge his prohibited acts at the International Criminal Court, in order to restore public and social peace, and before he commits any more criminal acts against my life. Indeed, I request his trial on the grounds of:

1) multiple and repeated attempts at assassination, attempted murder, and medical malpractice through deliberate poisoning committed in an ambush by an organized group, and attacks on physical and psychological integrity through poisonings committed with the complicity of an illegal and improper police force, as well as simply – denial of the Other under threat of death – refusal to understand and unhealthy behavior that is outrageous, dishonorable, and indignant, even though it is grievously hurtful, and

2) that this person is clearly mentally ill and refuses to listen, obstructing the means and resources to provide assistance to two victims (myself) and a prostitute who was raped, and shows him no compassion whatsoever. As she feels no guilt, this selfish psychopath, suffering from a blatant lack of intelligence, distorts human relations and seriously undermines public peace by being a pure criminal, refuses to surrender, and by spreading dangerous slander that threatens my life and the lives of others, organizing and committing crimes and offenses against my life and property in connection with my work or travels, continuously since 1991, interferes in my homes and places of work or travel to commit or have committed poisonings with the complicity of social services or disability assistance, and by failing to provide assistance, is in strict violation of the Inter-American Convention against Torture and Ill-Treatment and the United Nations Universal Convention against Torture, Ill-Treatment or Cruelty to Persons.
